Calling all spirit enthusiasts! The Cordis, Hong Kong bring UCHE the best cocktail workshop hosted by Mr. Leo Ko (Director of beverage & Chief Mixologist at Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social). During the workshop, students learnt the classic cocktails and bartending tools, followed by three creative cocktails. Students are able to try and mix their own cocktails.
