The Journey from Intern to Manager Ye Ren, an optimistic young man of Filipino and Pakistani descent, embraces the philosophy of "starting from the bottom." He believes that only by experiencing every level of work can one become a fair manager, truly understanding the hard work of employees and achieving reasonable task distribution. Ye Ren is unafraid of hardship and willing to learn from every experience, which has shaped his mature perspective on the workplace during his studies. Among his campus experiences, the most unforgettable is his over 600 hours of hotel internship. During this time, he learned to balance his roles as a student and an intern, ensuring that he did not neglect his studies while fully engaging in his internship, thus laying a solid foundation for his future career. He firmly believes in humility, being open to learning from others' strengths and committed to self-improvement. Additionally, he emphasizes the importance of adapting and adjusting his approach in different environments and at various levels, which has been his guiding principle over the years. Ye Ren's story teaches us that hard work and humility will ultimately lead to the bright light of success. |
