Understanding about learning
After graduating from University of Tasmania (UTAS), Jacky worked in different industries, and he now engages in education.

He believes that choosing suitable programmes is important.

Compared with some rigid teaching methods, he prefers the flexible teaching methods conduct by overseas colleges.

The programmes in of Universal College of Higher Education (UCHE) enable student to pursue can overseas university qualifications, which became his ideal choice of college.

Jacky has his own understanding about learning.

"University study is not easy. It is not enough to reply on teachers only. You have to take the initiative in finding ways to help yourself, such as looking for reference books in the library. The process of seeking knowledge is a great benefit for personal growth."

Learning from others
"It was a very interesting process to do group projects with the classmates you don't know. We learnt how to communicate with different people, got to know each other, and learnt from each others."

"I have to communicate with different people because of work. Throughout the time of teaching, I am surprised by their potentials and talents, so as to help them to develop their strengths."

It reminded Jacky of the lecturers as well as friends and their patience in his study life.

Contribute to the society
Jacky has a great ambition.

“There are many people who need help in the society, especially the children from low-income families. They are lacking in learning resources. When I am capable of conducting my own class in the future, I hope to teach more children and they have more chance to learn."

Jacky encourages students to study and not to give up.

"Although the learning process is not easy, as long as you work hard, you will gain more than you expected. Cherish every opportunity to learn, because these opportunities are very useful for self-growth. I look forward to meeting you all at the alumni events in the future. "
